This is the first machine of this kind that we've owned. Simply fantastic!! Thinking about the "not hot enough" complaints....In our opinion, it is the perfect temp for drinking as made...This machine has paid for itself many, many times over.( will be 3 year old in Dec.) Makes outstanding coffe - truly makes my mornings a joy. Easy to use, buit for the inexperienced user of automatic machines, it takes a bit of learning. Read the user manual carefully, and keep up with cleaning and maintenance - which is not burdensome, just do what the book says.
