Marc from Whole Latte Love shows you how to adjust brew pressure on a Profitec Pro 500 semi-automatic espresso machine. Tools required: Back Flush disc, 2.5mm and 3mm Allen wrenches, straight blade screwdriver and towel. This procedure shows you how to adjust the OPV valve for a reading of 10 bar on the brew pressure gauge which results in 9 bar at the brew group.
