A unique approach to the cold brew process, Hario's Cold Process Water Dripper Tower adheres to the philosophy that slow and steady wins the race. The Dripper Tower can brew up to 26 oz of coffee concentrate at a a time with a process that takes approximately 5 hours to complete. Cold water is loaded into the reservoir located on top of the tower while ground coffee goes in the filtered holder below. Water drips from the reservoir and into the grounds, extracting a clean and flavorful cup of coffee with minimal acidity and bitterness. The flow rate of the water is controlled by a valve on the reservoir to adjust for a longer or shorter extraction time. The 26 oz brewed concentrate drips into a glass server that sits at the base of the tower, and is enough for approximately 2 to 6 cups of coffee.
