Expect 20 ms response times, with a sensitivity that can read as little as 0.1g, a built in timer that displays alongside weight measurements, auto-off programming, and a rechargeable lithium ion battery with a life of 20-30 hours per charge.

To make your brewing experience even easier, six modes are programmed into the Pearl, including Weighing Mode, Timer Mode, Auto Tare Mode, Auto Start Mode, Espresso Mode, and Beverage Mode. Weighing Mode is your typical weighing function. Timer Mode allows the Pearl to display both the timer and weight measurement side-by-side. Auto Tare Mode automatically tares the scale to keep your process moving. Auto Start Mode triggers the timer automatically when you start your pour. Espresso Mode is tunes the timer and weighing settings to best reflect espresso needs. Lastly, Beverage Mode allows you to tailor your Pearl to Pour Overs and to observe extraction measurements.
