Gimme! Coffee's Natural blend is named for the \"natural process" used when harvesting the coffee cherries. The natural process involves drying the bean while it is still inside the cherry which results in an increased fruit character and a heavier body from the increased pectin content. The Natural Blend defines itself with notes of chocolate and cherry with a syrupy mouth feel.
