The Capresso Triple Brew Coffee & Tea Maker is a multi-functional, customizable brewing system that lets you prepare a single cup of coffee, tea, or a 42 oz carafe in less than six minutes. With four dedicated brew buttons and three different brew filters, the Triple Brew allows you to brew whole carafes or even single cups of your favorite beverages without the need for costly pods or capsules. Rounding out the Triple Brew is the dishwasher safe glass carafe, 3-60 second heat up time, and 200+ degree brew temperature for optimal extraction. True to its name, the Triple Brew features three brewing options for a single cup of coffee or tea as well as a full carafe of coffee. This is accomplished through the use of multiple brew filters specifically designed for certain types of brewing. The coffee filter can be filled with up to 60 grams of ground coffee and features a smooth interior wall for even distribution of the coffee. The tea filter has four ribs on the inside of to prevent tea leaves from getting stuck to the wall and improve steeping. Each filter is fitted with a safety grip for easy loading and removal.
By using two separate filters for tea and coffee, the Triple Brew prevents cross contamination between the two brewing methods. You can customize all of the single-cup drink buttons to dispense between 4 - 16 oz of coffee or tea. The full carafe brewing option cannot be reprogrammed and will always brew 42 oz of coffee. Thanks to the rapid heating Italian pump system, the Triple Brew can prepare a 42oz (7-cup) carafe off coffee in less than six minutes. Ideal coffee brewing temperature is guaranteed by the 2.2 bar Italian pump system that heats quickly and brew your first single cup in less than 60 seconds. For best extraction results the Triple Brew uses a wide dispersion shower head and heats water to over 200 degrees F. The coffee filter, tea filter, glass carafe, and drip tray are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. When you're short on counter space, the Triple Brew happy obliges with a narrow profile of just 6.5" W. At 13" H the coffee maker will fit under most cabinets and the removable 52 oz water reservoir makes refilling easy. Rather than using costly and wasteful pods or capsules, the Triple Brew features reusable coffee filters to brew single cups of coffee again and again. To preserve power, the coffee maker will enter sleep mode after 15 minutes of inactivity and power down completely after two hours.
