Digital Display
The crisp, high-contrast digital display lets you adjust the PID to alter brew temps to your preference, and doubles as a shot timer.
The Crem ONE HX PID is a heat exchanger espresso machine that improves on the design of the legendary Expobar Office Lever, featuring an SGS certification which is equivalent to an NSF certification, making it suitable for use in commercial environments. Its modern appearance was what first caught our attention: contemporary angles, clean lines, an digital display just above the E61 group, half-turn knobs, a double manometer, customizable side panels, the metallic feet—it's a look that's familiar, but fundamentally reimagined. Even down to the name, the ONE is a confident machine and it has every reason to be.
For features, there's a lot to admire. For the HX model, the PID display doubles as a shot timer. The 1.7 liter copper boiler is capped by brass end plates and, as a heat exchange machine, you can expect to brew and steam at the same time. The steam and hot water wands are no-burn, and the knobs only need half a turn to open up their respective valves. The ONE HX PID uses a vibration pump and, incredibly, it's plumbable so you can connect directly to your water line, which is something most vibration pump machines are incapable of.
The ONE packs a ton of value into a modern package and if you’re looking for a featureful and temp-stable heat exchanger, you’ve found it. The large work surface on the drip tray is great and little touches like the shot mirror to view your bottomless extractions or the no burn steam wand that is capable of hands-free frothing make this a compelling machine. Coupled with thoughtful touches like an external OPV, water and drain line connectivity, and extra safety measures like a water inlet solenoid offer peace of mind when bringing the Crem ONE into your home.
The ONE HX PID includes a 7 gram filter basket, a 14 gram filter basket, a cleaning brush, cleaning tablets, a blind filter basket, and 1 double narrow spout portafilter.

The steam and hot water knobs require a slight half-turn to begin dispensing. This improvement is easier on the wrist and lets you engage with your machine more quickly.
The ONE HX PID is plumbable, and can switch between the water tank and a direct water line connection. Plumbing in the machine provides you with an infinite supply of water. The Crem One is also equipped with a backflow preventer to further protect from backflow contamination.
The ONE HX PID is SGS Certified, a commercial certification equivalent to NSF approval. This means that the Crem ONE HX is suitable for use in commercial environments like small cafés, restaurants, and other lower volume venues where one group will suffice.
