ACE Anti-Static System
Eureka’s patented ACE system helps to prevent the buildup of static during grinding, so the Filtro produces fluffy grounds with no clumps or sticking.
The Eureka Mignon Filtro is a high-quality brew grinder designed for simplicity and ease of use. Stepless grind adjustments are made via the knob on top of the grinder, and a single button on the side initiates grinding. Complete with Eureka’s patented ACE anti-static system, the Filtro is the perfect companion to a pour-over or French press brewing setup.
The Eureka Mignon Filtro is a step above the competition when it comes to finish quality—its compact frame is made entirely of aluminum, making it much more solid than the standard plastic grinders you tend to see in this price range. Another impressive upgrade is the stepless, micrometric grind adjustment, which allows for near-infinite possibilities when it comes to dialing in.
Under the hood, the Filtro features Eureka’s patented ACE anti-static system along with 50mm hardened steel flat burrs that crank out 1.5–2.1 grams of coffee per second—that’s a nice improvement to the smaller, conical burrs we’ve come to expect on brew grinders in this price range.
Top it all off with the redesigned grounds basket that fits perfectly under the grounds chute and you’ve got a grinder that provides phenomenal value to the brew-focused.
If you love French Press or pour over coffee and want a quality, compact, and inexpensive way to get consistent doses, the Eureka Mignon Filtro is a great choice. Despite the grinder’s simplicity, the build quality exceeds what we expect from grinders in this price range, and features like the ACE anti-static system and stepless grind adjustment allow the Filtro to compete with much more expensive grinders when it comes to grind quality.
Eureka’s patented ACE system helps to prevent the buildup of static during grinding, so the Filtro produces fluffy grounds with no clumps or sticking.
With a special cutting geometry designed for higher consistency at larger particle sizes, the Filtro’s 50mm hardened steel brew burrs crank out 1.5–2.1 grams of coffee per second.
At under 5” wide and 14” tall, the Filtro is sure to fit on just about any countertop, no matter how cluttered it happens to be.
Grinding with the Filtro is beyond easy: simply set your grind size using the knob and press the button on the side of the grinder—there’s only one.
