The Eureka Mignon Silenzio 55 is a simple-to-use espresso grinder with timed and manual grinding modes, anti-static and silent technology, and an upgraded set of 55mm hardened-steel flat burrs for improved grinding speeds.
Features & Benefits
At its heart, the Silenzio is about as simple to use as a grinder can be, just press the microswitch with your portafilter and you're grinding. Press the switch on the bottom right to change between manual and timed grinding modes, and adjust grind times between 2 and 20 seconds with a small knob. The silent-grind technology keeps this grinder whisper-quiet, and the 55mm flat steel burrs deliver pillowy-clump-free grounds directly into your portafilter thanks to the patented ACE anti-static system. The stepless, micrometric grind adjustments allow you to grind for any coffee preparation, from espresso to cold brew.
