The Over Ice Coffee doesn’t simply brew extra-concentrated espresso designed to be diluted by ice. Instead, the machine uses lower-temperature water and an extended brew period to produce cool espresso that won’t immediately melt the ice in your cup. The result is a refreshing iced beverage that maintains its strength and flavor. With a range of 2 - 7oz as well as the ability to double up your dose with Gaggia’s Coffee Boost, the Over Ice Coffee can be modified to produce a wide range of iced coffee beverages from iced espressos, Americanos, coffees and milk beverages. 

Beyond the iced drinks, the Gaggia Cadorna Prestige Over Ice has an intuitive user interface that allows you to easily access a menu of 14 distinct espresso and milk-based beverages: ristretto, espresso, espresso lungo, coffee, Americano, cappuccino, cappuccino XL, café au lait, café cortado, latte macchiato, latte macchiato XL, flat white, frothed milk, and hot water for tea, hot cocoa, or infusions are all available at the touch of a button. 

Thanks to the integrated auto-frothing carafe, milk is frothed twice to achieve the perfect consistency and remove any large bubbles. After the beverage is prepared, the carafe runs an automatic cleaning cycle to purge any milk residue from the wand. You can then store it in the fridge for easy access next time. 

The Cadorna Prestige Over Ice also allows full customization of your drinks, including coffee temperature, volume, and strength as well as milk volume. All of these customizations can be easily saved to one of four distinct user profiles, so everyone in the house gets to have their coffee the way they like it. 

Like all Gaggia coffee machines, the Cadorna Prestige features a removable brew group and automatic rinsing cycle that makes for easy and hygienic cleaning.
