The GIGA X7 Professional is a powerhouse if ever there was one. Color us impressed by this dual boiler, dual grinder, dual milk system, dual amazing machine. The X7 can produce two espresso or milk-based drinks at once; its rapid steaming capabilities thanks to the dual boiler and dual milk systems.
All the standard espresso and milk drinks, plus another twelve unique barista recipes come pre-programmed into the GIGA X7 for 30+ options total. Each can be adjusted across five strength settings, three temperature settings, and feature variable coffee and milk volumes that can be personalized to taste. The dual grinder and hoppers allow for inventive experimentation, thanks to JURA’s exclusive “beans a la carte” function, which allows the user to select, in 25% increments, portions from each hopper. So, you can create a new blend or easily brew a half-caf on demand. As if that wasn’t enough flexibility, the X7 also comes equipped with a bypass doser for pre-ground coffee brewing.
Just like all of JURA’s machines operating the GIGA X7 is an intuitive and stress-free experience. A rotary dial cycles through options on the color, LCD display, allowing you to easily select a drink to personalize or brew. As on all JURA machines, the cleaning cycles are completely automated, and a warning pops up on the screen to let you know it’s time for a little maintenance. All you have to do is add the designated cleaner and press start and the GIGA X7 cleans its own brew group, milk system or descales the boiler system.
JURA also made sure to program in plenty of rinse cycles upon heat up, before powering down, and after every milk-drink is brewed. Be sure to install a Claris Pro Blue water filter in the 5 L reservoir to preserve coffee flavor and cut down on descaling. A smaller Professional machine, the GIGA W3, is available from JURA , as well as a home version, called the GIGA 5.
This commercial-capacity machine is rated to brew up to 150 espresso and milk-based drinks per day, making it ideal for use in a large office, or small business. A wide selection of built-in coffee drinks and the ability to brew two milk drinks at the same time makes the GIGA X7 incredibly convenient. For even more convenience, you can outfit your X7 with the JURA Cool Control milk refrigerator, and the JURA Cup Warmer Platinum.
The JURA Giga X7 comes equipped with two high-performance grinders which produce two espressos in a mere 33 seconds, two lattes in a short minute and a half, and even a pot of coffee at just two and a half minutes. Each drink is fully customizable, even on a per-drink basis, and an integrated bypass doser allows for pre-ground coffee brewing, which is great for decafs.
As if the Giga X7’s dual grinder system wasn’t impressive enough, the “beans a la carte” function allows you to brew using beans from each hopper in 25% percent increments. Meaning, you can easily craft a half-caf or experiment with customized blends. A Bypass doser allows you to brew with pre-ground coffee, for even more versatility.
The Giga X7 is made even more convenient by its 7 day on/off programmability, making sure it’s ready to brew as soon as you arrive to the office, and as late as you need it to. The Giga X7 operates at 1250 Watts. To save energy, the machine is fitted with a zero-energy switch and can enter a low power standby mode that reduces consumption to < 0.5 watts to conserve power.
The JURA Giga X3 automatically displays maintenance alerts when the brew group needs cleaning or the machine needs to be descaled. The milk system has an automated cleaning cycle, and rinses after each use. An integrated CLARIS Pro Blue water filter keeps scale at bay, and regular cleaning will keep your clients properly caffeinated for years.
