The Refurbished DeLonghi Magnifica XS is a stunning super automatic espresso machine that is both compact and packed with features. Flavor Saving Bean Container

Your coffee beans stay fresh thanks to the flavor saving 8.8 oz. bean container with its special rubber seal. The tint of the lid also filters out harmful UV rays.

Stainless Steel Boiler

Thermoblock technology ensures water does not become stale when sitting in a boiler for long periods of time. Stainless steel lining stops your water from taking on an undelightful metal taste. On-demand rapid hot water provides brewing and steaming power with a very fast cycling time.

Patented Manual Steam Wand

The Magnifica’s manual steam wand has a special cappuccino tip and frother that easily prepares creamy and frothy milk for your latte and cappuccino.

Front-Mounted Water Tank

The 57 oz. water tank is visible from the side and pulls straight out from the front, making it easy to refill your water tank without moving your machine.

Maintenance and Alerts

Descaling of the boiler is a critically important process to keeping your machine in the best condition possible. The Magnifica XS will conveniently alert you when you need to descale, all based on the water hardness level indicated on the provided test strip. The process is fully automated, meaning that when the descale light begins flashing, you just add the solution and press a button.

To clean the brewing system, simply turn the power off, open the front door, remove the brew group, rinse under warm water and replace.

Controls & Settings

A simple rotary and push button control panel includes a convenient selector dial that allows you to choose the strength of your coffee. There are four buttons with automatic presets, including a single shot of espresso, a double shot, one long coffee, and two long coffees. All four buttons can be reprogrammed to the quantity of water that you prefer. Additional features include four programmable temperature settings, an energy-saving auto shut-off, instant reheat, and a counter for the number of cups brewed.

Silent Conical Burr Grinder with 13 Settings

The hardened steel conical burrs rotate at a low speed with barely any noise to make consistent grounds that are fresh and aromatic, all without overheating and harming the coffee’s flavor.

Pre-Ground Coffee Bypass Doser

With the convenient bypass doser, the Magnifica allows you to brew the occasional decaf without removing your fresh beans within the bean hopper. Simply scoop your favorite pre-ground decaf and put it in the chute to avoid the hassle of changing out beans.
